MBTI Week 2025: “Evolving Minds, Empowering Futures”, Shaping a Generation Ready to Face the Future Business World

Bandung, June 2025 – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Telkom University is once again holding MBTI Week 2025, an inspirational program that provides a space for growth for students of Telecommunications and Information Management (MBTI). With the theme “Evolving Minds, Empowering Futures,” this activity is designed as a platform for self-development for students to prepare them to face the challenges of the ever-evolving business world in the digital age.

MBTI Week 2025 was officially opened with an enthusiastic speech from the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Prof. Dr. Farida Titik Kristanti, S.E., M.Si., who emphasized the importance of synergy between the academic world and the industrial world. In her speech, Prof. Farida said that today’s students must be more than just academically intelligent, but also have critical thinking, adaptive, communicative, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.

“Students must become resilient, creative individuals with a vision for the future. The world is changing rapidly, and we must prepare talented individuals who are not only ready to work, but also ready to create and make an impact,” she said.

One of the main events of MBTI Week 2025 is a series of public lectures featuring leading experts from the worlds of business, technology, and leadership. Some of the featured topics discussed include:

* Digital Transformation in the Business World
* Trends in Technology Innovation and Start-ups
* Adaptive Leadership in the VUCA Era
* Ethics and Sustainability in Modern Business

Each session is designed to be interactive and practical, opening up direct discussion between students and professional speakers to gain practical insights relevant to current industry needs.

More than just theoretical learning, MBTI Week 2025 also held various activities that encouraged active student participation, such as group discussions, business simulations, innovative idea competitions, and student project exhibitions. This activity not only hones critical thinking skills, but also builds self-confidence, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong teamwork.

Through MBTI Week 2025, Telkom University’s Faculty of Economics and Business reaffirms its commitment to producing graduates who are excellent and relevant to the demands of the times. Students are encouraged to continue honing their skills, developing innovations, and building networks that will be useful for their future careers.

“Evolving Minds, Empowering Futures is not just a theme — it is a call to grow together, become the best version of ourselves, and be ready to face a world full of challenges and opportunities,” concluded Prof. Farida.

MBTI Week 2025 is clear evidence that Telkom University continues to strive to provide transformative learning that bridges the campus with the real world — producing a young generation that is not only adaptive, but also creative and impactful.
