The ICT-Based Management (IBM) Research Group was established in 2014 and is currently chaired by Dr. Maya Ariyanti, S.E., M.M. The IBM Research Group consists of two Sub-KKs namely:
- Operation & ICT Management (OIM)
- Marketing & Consumer Studies (MCS)
