\"\"<\/a>Telkom University and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) signed a monumental cooperation agreement in an effort to expand access to quality accounting education. On Wednesday, March 6, 2024, the hall of Telkom University was filled with enthusiasm from students, ACCA representatives, and Telkom University faculty in the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and public lecture.<\/p>\n

Chief Representative of ACCA Indonesia, Julia Simatupang, expressed her hope that this collaboration will open the door for students to obtain globally recognized international certification in accounting. With this MoU, Telkom University students will have access to ACCA programs and resources that support their career development in accounting.<\/p>\n

Muhammad Afif Alfarizi, Business Relationship Manager of ACCA Indonesia, emphasized the importance of cross-institutional cooperation in supporting education that is relevant to industry needs. He emphasized that this collaboration will not only provide benefits for students, but also to strengthen Telkom University’s position as a results-oriented educational institution and engagement with the industrial world.<\/p>\n

Other speakers, including Prof. Dr. Adiwijaya, S.Si., M.Si, and Dr. Galuh Tresna Murti, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA., ACPA, as rector of Telkom University and Chair of the Accounting Industrial Meet gave remarks and about the importance of curriculum integration relevant to international standards in the preparation of students for a competitive job market. With this collaboration, it is expected that Telkom University graduates will have a clear advantage in facing professional challenges in the era of globalization.<\/p>\n

Thus, the signing of the MoU between Telkom University and ACCA is an important milestone in the development of accounting education in Indonesia. This step not only opens up new opportunities for students, but also strengthens the relationship between universities and industries to create a workforce that is ready to compete in the digital and global era.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
